This report was design to help GST in their monthly task and facilitate the work of the different offices (TCRC, NLB, PLB and GCA) in receiving forms that are the same for everyone.

We are aware that every GST have their own ways of performing their task due to the way it was done in the past, No forms were available for GST. So this is the reason why the TCRC is trying to accomodate you and at the same time ease the way the monthly report are done for everyone.

Information

1. The GST report is made in excel format and contains 4 spreadsheet (one for every office) in one workbook.
   
2. When you open the file go to the TCRC worksheet and fill out the header (identification section) after this part is done all the other worksheet (NLB,GCA and PLB) identification will be fill automatically.
   
3. Fill out the main portion of TCRC form, entering your divisions and all other informations needed in that portion and all other forms will reflect the same informations.
   
4. The only other things that you have to do is entering the amount of dues for each members for the relative office. ex. 27.00 for TCRC dues ect.
   
5. Some GCA have more than one PLB office to produce report for so send us an email with all these informations and we will produce a special workbook for your needs at tcrcfinancedept@teamstersrail.ca

When you click on download a window will open and ask you if you want to open or save, choose the "save as" option and select where you want the file in your computer.
